Coaches, athletes and even athletic directors talk a lot about focus in relation to sports. But when a team is on the verge of qualifying for the NCAA tournament, there's a lot to focus on.

For instance: how does the athletic department prepare for the flurry of activity necessary to get a team to and from a postseason game, into its hotel, etc?

Also on this week's show, more on how the athletic department fits into the school's push to be more affordable. Mitch Daniels told WBAA that affordability is chief among his concerns for getting more fan interest in Purdue sporting events. But at what point do tickets become so cheap that the program starts losing money?
