The Tippecanoe County Election Board is slated to meet Friday to certify the results of last week’s primary election.

County Clerk Christa Coffey says the board also will address computer problems that frequently prevented poll workers from accessing voter registration records.

The technical issues were compounded by a handful of voter complaints about unclear communication from poll workers regarding Indiana’s voter ID law, choosing a ballot, and whether voters waiting in line when the polls closed at 6 p.m. could still cast ballots.

Chris Morisse Vizza sat down with the clerk and asked how the county plans to solve the equipment and worker training problems.
