West Lafayette officials have a better idea as to the cost of the second phase of construction on Cumberland Avenue.
The Board of Works is considering three bids, with the highest totaling a little more than $3.1 million.
All three options fall within the range of estimates previously given by the city Engineering Department. The high end of that range is $3.5 million.
Phase two of the project is aimed at updating Cumberland from Yeager Road to Salisbury Street. It includes two roundabouts; one at Yeager and another at Manchester.
Construction will begin in the area after city officials vote to accept one of the bids.
