Cherry Delaney will be demonstrating her Kumihimo Japanese braiding technique. She studied with a Japanese master in Japan and uses the traditional wood marudal. Depending on the braid pattern, you can create a flat, or round braid. 8,12,16 or 24 or more strands can be used. Cherry uses the precisely created glass Japanese beads which braid very neatly.
