An assisted living and adult services facility in Lafayette is adding more space.
The Tippecanoe Area Plan Commission approved a rezoning request by The Health Center at Creasy Springs for three lots of land on the west side of Creasy Lane.
Officials say the organization could use the 17-acres to expand their services in the future or sell it. There are no immediate plans for the property yet.
The APC also signed off on rezoning almost five-thousand-square feet of land in the Town of Frankfort to build a maintenance shed.
The property was rezoned for a communication tower in 2001, but the project never came to fruition
