Frankfort is struggling to fill agribusiness and manufacturing jobs, so the city is trying to improve life outside of work, and focusing on parks and apartments to build a larger employee pool.
And, we ask how the city plans to make a good impression on those seeing it for the first time. With communities struggling to keep people from going away, Frankfort also has to find a way to convince talent to move into the city – especially when dozens of luxury apartments just opened.
