Purdue Students Need Measles Immunizations

Nearly 1,000 Purdue students need to get measles immunizations within the next month.

The university is sending emails to 972-students who must get vaccinated by March 12th, or their academic records will be put on hold.

State health officials report an outbreak of the virus this past weekend at Super Bowl Village in Indianapolis.

If measles are reported on campus, students who have not received proper immunizations will not be allowed to attend class or other campus activities.
