Analyzing The Bernie Sanders And George McGovern Comparison

As we head into Super Tuesday with Sen. Bernie Sanders as the front-runner, some Democrats concerned about his rise are comparing him to George McGovern, the South Dakota senator who became the party’s 1972 nominee and was then trounced by Richard Nixon in the general election.
