Malaria Drug In High Demand For Treating COVID-19 Despite Lack Of Evidence That It's Effective

President Trump is promoting the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine as a potential treatment for COVID-19, even though there’s not yet evidence that it works. Now, some hospitals and pharmacies are running short of the medication for those already with prescriptions for malaria and other diseases.
