Researchers at the myth-busting, fact-checking, rumor-squelching website Snopes.com are working overtime these days debunking tens of thousands of rumors about COVID-19 — so many that it has broken them down into 14 categories.
The categories include everything from origin myths — no, Bill Gates did not create the virus — to rumors of a cure. (No, blowdrying your face doesn’t work). Snopes Managing Editor Doreen Marchionni (@dmarchionni) joins host Robin Young to discuss it all.
