Early Trials Show Progress Toward Coronavirus Vaccine

The World Health Organization counts at least 23 vaccines against COVID-19 in some stage of clinical trials around the world. Early results from drug makers Moderna and AstraZeneca have been encouraging, but a viable vaccine remains months away at a minimum.
