A national substance abuse prevention program will expand in Indiana. The announcement was made Monday at the 9th Annual Drug Abuse Symposium.

Gov. Eric Holcomb says his position on Attorney General Curtis Hill has not changed following the investigation into allegations that he groped four women at a party. But Holcomb says he cannot tell the legislature to impeach Hill.

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill won’t face criminal charges after an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Twelve states, including Indiana, are asking a federal district court to throw out a climate lawsuit against oil giants. The states’ attorneys general filed a brief in the case this week.

Local health care advocates want Attorney General Curtis Hill to withdraw the state from a lawsuit that aims to dismantle the Affordable Care Act.

The advocates delivered letters and a 600-signature petition to Hill’s office Friday.

The Marion Superior Court appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the sexual misconduct allegations against Attorney General Curtis Hill – the same attorney selected to prosecute former Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White.
