Wabash Valley Youth Symphony

The 20th season of the Wabash Valley Youth Symphony began Saturday, November 17th. On this month's Arts Spotlight, Director of Artistic Planning Regan Eckstein, Artistic Director Adam Bodony, and board Vice President Grady Jones spoke to WBAA's Greg Kostraba about the group’s mission, vision, and history, and the current season.

The Wabash Valley Youth Symphony present their next concert Sunday, February 10th at 7 pm at the Long Center for the Arts in Lafayette. The program includes Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 2 "Little Russian",  Rossini's La gazza ladra Overture, and Strauss's Horn Concerto No. 1 - featuring soloist Addie Tribbett. The Wabash Valley Youth Symphony present their 18th season opening concert Sunday, November 11th at 7 pm at the Long Center for the Arts in Lafayette. The program includes Franck's Symphony in d minor,  Bernstein's On the Waterfront, and Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto - featuring violinist Peter Zhang.
