This interview with D. D. Ewing, Professor Emeritus of Electrical Engineering, took place January 29, 1957. The name of the interviewer was Mr. Richter. His first name is unknown at present. The part of the interview you can listen to here last 30 minutes. Unfortunately the last part of the interview is missing.

The Office of Student Services Presents: The Future of Purdue. A discussion show hosted by Dick Florea with guest President Frederick Hovde. The program was recorded February 19, 1957. Dick Florea went on to eventually become news director of WKJG, Ch. 33, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

1967 Rose Bowl Special

Narrated by Johnny DeCamp, this special program was broadcast immediately before the NBC broadcast of the January 2, 1967 Rose Bowl game on WBAA featuring Purdue vs. U.S.C.. Included in the program were comments by football coach Jack Mollenkopf, quarterback Bob Griese, Purdue President Frederick L. Hovde, athletic director Red Mackey and others.

President Hovde and Response to Student Sit-In

President Frederick L. Hovde speaks to faculty and staff in Elliott Hall of Music on April 25, 1969 regarding a student sit-in at the office of the President. Students were protesting the budget process and increased fees.

A Special Centennial Faculty Convocation on December 18, 1969 with President Hovde. The Convocation was held in Loeb Playhouse and was broadcast live on WBAA.
