APTS president talks about challenges facing Public TV

The head of the Association of Public Television Stations (APTS) made a visit to Indiana recently. Patrick Butler spoke about the public television missions of education, public safety and citizenship.

The former congressional and presidential advisor, and Washington Post Company executive, also talked about his longtime friendship with Purdue President Mitch Daniels and the future of higher education funding. Butler is a trustee of American University in Washington, D.C.
