Heather Redman & The Reputation blends the bite of late-60s garage with 70s soul to concoct a nostalgic yet timeless sound. Hailing from Dayton, Ohio’s vibrant music scene, this energetic ensemble — fronted by Redman and featuring some of the scene’s finest players puts on explosive stage shows with a sound reminiscent of artist such as Black Pumas, Alabama Shakes and Sharon Jones. Their self-titled debut spotlights Redman’s robust vocals alongside unforgettable brass refrains, cozy vintage keys, and raucous psychedelic guitar licks. The Reputation has played Nelsonville Music Festival and opened for Amythyst Kiah at Dayton’s Levitt Pavillion.
