Preschool Storytime is designed for children from 3 1/2 to 6 years. Enjoy stories, songs, finger plays, and book-related fun.
The Lafayette Dulcimer Gathering will play at Cumberland Park in West Lafayette every Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to 8 30pm (weather permitting) during June, July and August. All acoustic instrument players are welcome to join the jam and play along. Song sheets will be available. Or just bring a lawn chair and enjoy the music!
The On-Stage Foundation Board of Directors and Red Barn Summer Theatre’s Artistic Director Michael Taylor recently announced their 2024 season.
Starting off the summer will be the Red Barn world premiere production of Keep The Change, a comedy by Michael Clossin.
Keep The Change tells the story of Irene, an eternal hippie and long-time landlady of the Cambridge Apartments. Irene is in her eighties now and is having concerns about memory loss. Her niece wants to move Irene to Chicago but her friends and tenants want to help Irene find her own path. Funny, charming and surprising, this romantically quirky comedy will delight audiences of all ages.
Ticket brochures will be mailed out this Spring and the Red Barn encourages everyone not already on the mailing list to visit the Barn’s website at www.redbarntheatre.net and sign up. Tickets can be purchased by mail in April. On-line ticket sales will begin in May 6. More information later.
