Linda LeMar and LuAnn Lamie will be presenting “Work in Clay and Paper” at Artists’ Own Gallery from July 18-September 13. Their show will have an opening reception on July 18 from 6-9 p.m. in coordination with the Gallery Walk Downtown. This is a unique show using paper pulp and clay to create sculptural works.
Linda LeMar’s work is garden inspired wall work using paper clay, stains, acrylic andgold leaf. Vibrant combinations of color, and texture, lead to endless possibilities. This work is inspired by bags, pouches and purses that people use to carry precious treasures. Come see this exciting show.

David M. Hovde, professor emeritus, served in the Purdue University Libraries from 1989 until his retirement in 2017. He has authored or coauthored more than seventy books, book chapters, scholarly articles, conference proceedings, occasional papers, monographs, and scholarly web publications.
