Is climate change affecting your mental health? Check out this resource list

And those can lead to increased mental health risks. From mental illness (PTSD, depression, suicide) and just reduced well-being (stress, climate anxiety).

Climate change can lead to mental health issues both for people navigating through natural disasters now and those who worry about the future.

Is climate change affecting your mental health? Indiana Public Broadcasting has collected some online resources to help. This is just a small list, but many of these sites have links to other resources as well. We may update this with Indiana-specific resources as we find them.
