Cycling event to raise money for CASA program

Registration is open for an extreme biking event in Lafayette this August.

The Subaru CASA Cycling Challenge raises money for children in the Court Appointed Special Advocate program in Tippecanoe County.

CASA Director Coleen Hamrick says the funds make it possible to pay for extras such as music lessons and sports camps for abused and neglected children in the county court system.

Registration for the Cycling Challenge is capped at 50-individual riders and 50-relay teams.

It’s set for noon August 3rd to noon August 4th.
