In Colorado's 6th Congressional District, A Tough Race Is Brewing

As the general election campaign kicks off, Here & Now is looking at a series of local House and Senate races around the country.

First up is the race in Colorado’s sixth congressional district between incumbent Republican Rep. Mike Coffman and challenger Morgan Carroll, a Democrat.

Voters in the district are concerned about a number of issues in this election, from immigration to refugees to gun rights. Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson speaks with Colorado Public Radio’s Megan Verlee about what’s at stake.
