Trump To Announce Choice For New Fed Chair

President Trump is expected to announce Jerome Powell as his choice for the next chairman of the Federal Reserve on Thursday afternoon. If confirmed by the Senate, Powell, a Fed governor, would succeed Janet Yellen, whose four-year term expires in February.
