Rachel Lattimore
Rachel joined the WBAA team in March 2017 as the Membership Director. Prior to joining Purdue Public Radio, Rachel worked at the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) for nine years. The last 6 years at UIS she worked within the Center for State Policy & Leadership leading the development & marketing initiatives at Illinois Issues Magazine and NPR Illinois (WUIS). Prior to her time at UIS, Rachel worked in sales for several commercial radio stations, including WASK radio here in Lafayette. Although not originally from Indiana, she feels like she has come home. Rachel grew up in Saratoga, New York but has lived in Virginia, Connecticut, Washington – and Indiana. Rachel has earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Springfield. In her spare time she is very involved with Toastmasters, pottery classes and is a watercolor artist.
