A Classical Memorial: Tyler Trent

We are all saddened by the death of Tyler Trent. The Carmel native left Purdue early last year to enter hospice care. He battled osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer, since he was in high school. After camping out in front of Ross-Ade Stadium during the 2017 football season, Trent's story has become a source of inspiration worldwide.

WBAA Classical on 101.3FM and WBAA.org will broadcast music in honor of this brave young man on Wednesday from 8am to noon; and 3 to 4pm eastern. Selections include John Rutter's Mass of the Children, Barber's Adagio for Strings, Requiems by Faure and Brahms, and Biber's Guardian Angel.
