Hypertension affects nearly half of U.S. adults and contributes to poor cardiovascular health nationwide. Indiana ranks among the lowest in the nation for cardiovascular health, making this issue especially urgent for our state. Over the past three years, the iHeart Collaborative implemented evidence-based strategies in three Indianapolis communities to improve heart health outcomes.
You are invited to learn what worked in the program, celebrate and recognize progress made and help shape the future of heart health by attending this virtual Community Forum.
