I made my way back to West Lafayette from Virginia Beach, Virginia this past summer (2019) but I already had some roots here because I graduated from both West Lafayette High School and Purdue University. I came here with my daughter and she is now a student at West Side. I have 25 years of broadcast media experience under my belt (most of that in commercial radio) but this is my first experience with NPR radio. And what I can tell you is that the WBAA listeners LOVE this station. It’s so rewarding and humbling to see this level of support, dedication and passion from WBAA’s listeners who appreciate our superior news and journalism content and our great music programming!! In my free time I like estate sales, ethnic foods, board games, cards, and reading a book on the couch with a cat on my lap.
