Years ago, after racking her brains trying to find a fun, engaging, creative night gig to subsidize her acting habit, Chris decided to ride her commercial voiceover experience into the fast-paced world of radio broadcasting. She started out with traffic reporting, moved on to news -- and never looked back. Since then, Chris has worked in newsrooms throughout South Florida, producing stories for radio broadcasts and the web.

Howard Stevenson is Baker Foundation Professor and the Sarofim-Rock Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus at Harvard Business School. From 2004 to 2006, he held the position of Vice Provost for Harvard University Resources and Planning. A member and former chair of the Entrepreneurial Management Unit, he has served as the School's Senior Associate Dean and Director of External Relations, Chair of the Latin American Faculty Advisory Group, Senior Associate Dean and Director of Financial and Information Systems, and Faculty Chair of Executive Education's Owner/President Manager (OPM) Program. He has also held various other academic appointments at Harvard University, specializing in real property asset management and general management.

Joanna Richards came to the Innovation Trail from Louisville, Kentucky, where she worked as an assistant editor for the NPR series This I Believe and as a staff writer for local arts and entertainment weekly Velocity.

Jake is a 2000 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. As Host Producer, McCleland coordinates all of KRCU's local programming; he works with hosts, producers, and audio engineers to enhance the quality of in-studio productions. Additionally, McCleland works with station staff and community volunteers to develop new ideas for programming on KRCU. He also records and produces feature stories that are heard locally during Morning Edition and All Thing Considered.

John Richards is the host and producer of The Morning Show with John on 90.3 FM KEXP Seattle, and online at kexp.org. He is also KEXP's assistant program director.
