A Renaissance romp about Nicholas Bottom and his new not-so-hit concept of a "musical," this 2015 Broadway musical is sure to please our audiences. This is a bucket list show for several of our returning company members, and we're chomping at the bit to get started! Join us at the private farm of Gregg and Linda Sutter for a summer afternoon surrounded by nearly ten acres of stunning daylilies in full bloom. Music, food, raffle baskets, and more -- come stroll with us!

10–12 PM | Art Museum Members (Free Admission)
12–2 PM | General Admission ($20 per Vehicle)

WHO: All are welcome! No experience or partner needed.
WHAT: Learn dances led by a caller, dancing to live music with a group of people!
WHERE: 333 Meridian Street in West Lafayette - enter through the playground gate
WHEN: Second Saturday of the month at 5:30PM for beginner lesson, dance from 6-8PM
WHY: It's good for your mental health--let's build community!
HOW: Dances are made possible through sponsorship from Indiana Fiddlers Gathering and participants who give what they can ($5-20) to support our caller and band.

What is Contra Dance?
Contra dance is a form of folk dancing made up of long lines of couples. A caller leads the dance, teaching the steps and calling out moves. It's great fun for all ages.
Unlike some other social dances, contra is a group activity. Over the course of each dance, you interact with everyone in your contra line. Your partner is like a teammate, moving with you up and down the line.

The Lafayette Dulcimer Gathering will play at Cumberland Park every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm in June, July and August
All acoustic instrument musicians are welcome to join the jam and play along or, just bring a lawn chair and enjoy the music! Song sheets will be available.

Nine Irish Brothers Traditional Irish Pub hosts a community trad session Wednesday evenings at seven pm. Trad sessions--short for traditional Irish sessions, are a community-led participatory event in which local musicians bring their instruments and play traditional Irish music. Musicians who play Irish instruments or who are striving to learn are welcome to join in, and all members of the community are welcome to enjoy the music and ambiance.
