Chicago's Black Bear Combo is back at People's Tuesday July 15th! Balkan, World, Experimental Jazz!

"Black Bear Combo is a raucous mutt inspired by traditional music from eastern Europe and the Balkans, filtered through our own noise/freejazz/rock backgrounds."

This years musical Xanadu, the hilarious, Tony nominated parody of the 1980s Olivia Newton John cult film. The fun begins when a beautiful Greek goddess descends from Mount Olympus to inspire a young artist. The music if by Jeff Lynne of the Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), including "Strange Magic" and "Evil Woman" among many other toe-tapping hit songs.

Lapsit is designed for children from birth to 24 months of age. Program features rhymes, finger plays, songs, sign language and more.

It’s movie time at Klondike!

Join us every Wednesday at 2 PM for Wednesday Watch Party, a relaxed, family-friendly movie hour where everyone’s welcome to enjoy the film their own way. Bring your favorite snacks, kick back, and settle in for a weekly flick that’s perfect for all ages. Whether your little ones laugh out loud, chat about the action, or sit quietly soaking it all in — all reactions are welcome here!
